The Healthy Breakfast Foods For Vegetarians

Eggs are also high in B vitamins. They can help to prevent heart disease. If you're healthy and limit your consumption to 7-10 eggs per week, cholesterol should not be a problem.

3. Peanut butter. Peanut butter is a great food for weight loss. They are high in fiber, protein, and healthy fats. They will curb your appetite, while also providing a high amount of nutrients. 

They are healthy for the heart because they are plant-based and do not contain cholesterol or saturated fats. Be careful not to eat too many of these, as they can quickly increase your calorie intake.
